Hickey at Burger King?

so i was at burger king today for lunch and the girl at the register had a huge quarter sized purpleish/black hickey right on the front of her neck...gross!!! why would a manager allow her to work that way at a "family" restaurant? would you be grossed out too? or am i being a prude? it kinda made her seem unclean to me...
