Would you support a negative income tax?

You are off to a good start. However, your system has a hint of rewarding people for not working. I think that a flat tax of 25% would be sufficient. If not raise the level but raise it for everyone. The other option, which I prefer, I to abolish all current taxes and institute a national sales tax, with no exemptions. That way everyone will pay their share and it is a graduated tax. People that make more buy more. Further we need to abolish all "entitlement", or welfare, programs. Sounds hard and uncaring? Well, I lived and worked in Singapore. Singapore has no welfare and no unemployment benefits. If you don't work you do not eat at the expense of taxpayers. Guess what ! Singapore has no unemployment and Crime is virtually nonexistent .
