How early should i show up to a concert to get up front???

I have general admission tix to see Linkin Park at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore. Was wondering if anyone could give me advice as to how to get up front??? Not sure if crazy fans camp out or what, but it is also February 19 so it might be really cold! If anyone can help me that would be great!
