Email pseudo code?Microsoft Visual Basic...?

ok i know i already asked how to do this, but i wasn't specific enough i need the code to where when the submit on was clicked information from the first txt box to an specified email, and random numbers generate in the second txt box which txt edit is disabled.im using Microsoft's Visual Basic... if you could just put the code as the answer...i know i need a server to use, but any of them will work as long as no user name and pword is needed. thx
