Family members who have NO RESPECT for your home...?

I am talking about my cousin, her hubby, and their rotten daughter who has never been disciplined a day in her life. I can deal with mommy and daddy but I cannot deal with the 4 y/o who obviously runs their household. My cousin is rude and talks to people any kind of way but her husband is a sweetheart. Their daughter is a ruthless, spoiled brat who yells, kicks, screams, and throws MY things. I have a 60 inch TV in my home and one day she got angry with her mom and charged at the TV full speed with wet, sticky hands and pushed it as hard as she could. She loves to call all kinds of numbers on my telephone having no idea whom she's calling and her parents will not stop her. She abuses my tiny dog. She wakes up at 4 am and starts yelling for everyone else to wake up. HER PARENTS DO NOTHING!! Now they are coming to my hometown in a few weeks and want to stay with us. I have always been one to keep quiet about issues that bother me but my husband is saying that if i don't say anything...
