Letting someone down, nicely?? :S?

hmmm A hard one, I think honesty is the best policy here, just explain that you and your friend just want to go together and that as she isnt particularly nice to either of you you dont understand why she would want to go with you. if she was a nicer person I guess you wouldnt mind but ................
