Ok tomorrow there is a sale going on on tanks for 2 dlls at what time are they opening? is it 7 or what in mor?

It's at Old Navy. It depends on the store. I just saw the commercial and they didn't have the store hours and I couldn't find them on the website. Sorry! Maybe open at 10:00 am though that seems to usually be the opening hours or somtime around there.
