You can't exactly give tips on not being shy you just have to get over it and be more outgoing. Let loose and you'll be fine. A guy is a guy and guys like to see the real you, so don't be shy just pretend that you've known him forever and he's one of your friends. Most guys like girls who are outgoing because they don't want a girl who wont say anything, they'll just think your boring.
