Who's "Junior"? If that is some ridiculous reference to Omama and the question is referring to something negative then the answer would be NO. On a personal level Bill Clinton may hold some resentment for Obama after all he did ruin a Clinton dream and beat them at their own game but he would not ruin the Democratic convention and possibly the party over that even if he did.
