I have this incredicbly clingy friend!!!!!?

Sounds like a she is a robot who has no opinion of her own. She seems like she is trying to find herself but instead is following everyone else instead of discovering herself. Having someone latch on to you can be quiet annoying and difficult. Friends should beat their own drum not tag onto your strings. Makes you feel you are babysitting and not out having fun. I would address the issue and let her know how you feel.
