Is this a disease or normall?

I see things differently then they are and when I'm texting I say other things then what I mean? Lik I mean anywhere and I puut anything and I don't notice, sometimes I i see words like that's what I said,and I see It *** that's what she said instead, I have 15/20 eyes soo I dnt think it's thaat,buut what wrong with me? Lik I mix up words and letters. Not dyslexia thoo I know forshuure.
