I have 2 questions, when should I sale my Elmo's TMX (8) and where can I find barbie Elmo TMX, just need (1).

This started out as joke with police officers that I work with, each said that I would not be able to find one Elmo TMX let alone eight. I was planning to give them to my son (12), daughter (10) and nieces and nephews but all wanted me to sell them for them. They are no longer at that age where this toy would be fun.
